Mr. Lepe planned and built a 200 sq ft deck, surmounted by a 9 ft x 17 ft pergola. My biggest concern was the effect the occasional 50+ mph winds might have on the project. Jose and his team were awesome to work with for our backyard design and they did an amazing job! They were very accommodating, knowledgeable, respectful, and experienced with everything we wanted in our backyard. They also kept a very clean and tidy construction site. We had some add-ons we wanted to increase to our scope during construction too, and Jose was great at incorporating everything in stride with fair and reasonable prices. Their team constructed for us a stamped concrete patio, a pickleball & basketball court, an artificial grass field, concrete stairs with rock wall reinforcements, and raised garden beds with built-in irrigation… all came out fantastic!
