Mr. Lepe planned and built a 200 sq ft deck, surmounted by a 9 ft x 17 ft pergola. My biggest concern was the effect the occasional 50+ mph winds might have on the project. They were very accommodating, knowledgeable, respectful, and experienced with everything we wanted in our backyard. They also kept a very clean and tidy construction site. We had some add-ons we wanted to increase to our scope during construction too, and Jose was great at incorporating everything in stride with fair and reasonable prices.
